Yes, I was a woman, truck driver that traveled over the road from truck stop to truck stop, city to city. dock to dock found the answers to success. Here's my story.
Network marketing has been a passion. When I first started looking into the industry in 80's I was fascinated.
I was a single parent, divorcee with four children, ranging from 2 - 7 years old. I worked eight hours, my transportation was the bus, I had to walk about a mile to gather up the kids from the day care, walk home, cook clean, oversee homework, bath and get children to bed before 9pm.
I was introduced to network marketing at that time, the recruiter was very good in talking me into the opportunity with the promises of making thousands of dollars in a short period of time. After I manage to scrape up the money to invest in the program. I had been convince that I was going to have the support of this recruiter to help me get this desperately needed money.
Well as it goes, as soon as the I had invested, my recruiter was off to the next one. I had no way to get to meetings. So, I tried on my own, failed miserably, because I had no idea what I was doing.
I never gave up on the network marketing industry. Over the next few years, I tried many programs with broken promises. Didn't know how to decipher the hype at that time I was a opportunity junkie. But, the experience helped me become a smarter prospect.
In 1995, I gave it another try, my income was better the children were older, I had more time to get involved with a marketing company. I did, with a popular company, distributing beauty products made a many extra dollars life was good until the the early 2000.
The market crashed and I was out of a job. Started driving 18 wheelers across the US. On my downtime I would market my internet business, placing ads making a few dollars here and there. I was treating it more as a hobby instead of a real business.
When I decided to get serious because I was sick of not having time with my family, I started thinking about changing my position in life, I started looking around for information. I was invited to attend a webinar. At that webinar the speaker hit my life right on the nail.
I wanted to succeed in this industry, so I decided to take her up on the offer. I am glad that I did. I had found the missing ingredient that was holding me back, I had some success in network marketing but I was not where I wanted to be.
What attracted me more, I was not promised the hype, I was told the truth, on how to win in the network marketing industry. I applied what I learned in just those 7 days and started seeing success right away and was in profit mode and the investment was minimal.
What I know is -You can too, - This is the missing link in so many marketers lives. I still have the other business opportunities. They have become more profitable and I am now a full time marketer. Where I want to be.
I love this industry and I want people to find the truth and learn how to profit in their business, some for the first time.
